Description

1 Check the electrical circuit diagram of the station before the street lamp maintenance, and find the street lamp circuit to be repaired.
1.2 Street lamps There are two types of street lamps in the station according to their height. One is 8-meter street lamps that require a lifting platform, and the other is 3.5-meter street lamps. Bamboo ladders for climbing are required for maintenance. 1.3 The specific operation steps for the maintenance of 8-meter-high street lamps are as follows:
1.3.1 First listen to the operator's description of the street lights not working, and generally make a preliminary judgment on the street lights not working;
1.3.2 Go to the power distribution room, find the street light control switch, turn on the street light switch, and check which street lights are defective. Turn off the street light switch, turn on the street lights of each phase in turn, and determine which line the faulty street light is on;
1.3.3 After finding the faulty circuit and the faulty street lamp, come to the job site;
1.3.4 Operation of the underground part: After entering the operation site, the person in charge of the site must get off the vehicle to observe the situation on the site, and then direct the operating members to work separately, and at the same time place warning signs, delineate the scope of work, and the guardians will monitor them;
1.3.5 When the outriggers of the aerial work vehicle support the car body, the person in charge of the site must check the support of the outriggers. The support should be stable, firm, and free from subsidence, and check that the footboards of the work platform are intact; 1.3.6 Maintenance personnel first check whether the light bulb is glowing and whether the light is normal before repairing. If it emits dazzling white light, the voltage may be too high; if it glows dimly, the voltage may be too low. At this time, use a multimeter to measure whether the cable voltage of the junction box is normal;
1.3.7 For street lamps with the rectifier at the bottom, first open the junction box of the street lamp to see if the trigger is cracked, to see if the rectifier has overflowing insulating medium, and to see if the capacitor is cracked or burnt. If any of the above situations occurs, disconnect the power supply and replace the prepared trigger, rectifier or capacitor; Discharge, burn marks. Gently shake the wiring at all the connectors below to see if there is any discharge;
1.3.9 Use a test pen to test whether the two ends of the fuse are charged, and the voltage is normal. If there is no electricity, measure the voltage of the cable; replace the fuse, if the fuse burns at this time, it means that there is a short circuit in the front of the rectifier, and you can replace the light wire; If the power is normal, restore the wiring. If there is no electricity or low voltage is displayed by induction, it means that there is an open circuit in the middle, and the lamp line should be replaced;
1.3.11 The rectifier is 8 meters high at the lamp head of the street lamp, and it needs to climb up to work;
1.3.12 High-altitude part: Before the driver of the climbing vehicle operates the folding arm of the aerial work vehicle, the person in charge of the on-site work must check or ask the driver's folding arm condition; check the surrounding overhead lines, structures and other high-altitude conditions; check and urge the climbing personnel to wear safety helmets, Labor protection clothing, insulated gloves, fasten seat belts, bring the necessary tools and materials for repairing lights, and carry out the climbing operation after the four climbing brackets of the vehicle are erected;
1.3.13 After the maintenance personnel ascend the height, firstly observe whether the glass bulb mirror surface of the bulb is white, whether there is black precipitation, whether the thread at the bottom of the bulb is cracked, whether the inner spring of the lamp head is in poor contact due to loss of elasticity, whether there is discharge phenomenon, and whether the trigger is cracking. See if the rectifier has overflow of insulating medium, whether it does not match the power of the bulb used. See if the capacitor is cracked or burnt
